Culture growth for organisms control

Air Products can supply a range of specialist gases and gas mixtures to precisely control different organisms, such as bacteria growth in biological cultures. This process is also called fermentation.

Bacteria growth

Aerobic growth mixtures are used when oxidising atmospheres are required, and anaerobic growth mixtures are used when oxygen must be excluded.

Growth mixtures

Our wide range or process Experis® gas mixtures for culture growth includes 5% or 10% CO₂ in N₂, 10% CO₂ and O₂ in N₂, and 10% O₂ in N₂. They can be supplied in a range of cylinder sizes, liquid bulk and even on-site generators.
