The size and weight of traditional cylinders can be a concern and with an average capacity of around 47 litres, a height of 1.5m and a small base diameter, they have a high centre of gravity and risk of toppling. The Integra® Cylinder with a 30 litre capacity, is smaller at around 1.1m, and is 23% lighter than traditional cylinders making it easier and safer to manoeuvre. It is also more stable due to its lower centre of gravity and toppling is less of a concern. An ergonomic integrated lifting handle is included or in the case of the cylinders for cutting gas, a rolling knob is fitted, both which make handling easier. Not only is it smaller and lighter, but because it is filled at 300 bar the Integra® Cylinder will last as long as conventional larger 200 bar cylinders.

Integrated regulator

Safety doesn’t stop there though. With a built-in regulator there is a reduced risk of regulator damage, as it is fully contained within a protective guard and crucially, for the user, there is reduced exposure to pressure hazards. The regulators are calibrated and maintained by Air Products, so there is no need ever to buy, repair or calibrate a regulator again. For additional safety, the oxygen and acetylene Integra® Cylinders cannot be operated without flashback arrestors.

Quick connecting IFO

The click-on connecting Integra® Flow Optimiser (IFO) allows you to pre-select the optimum gas flow rate to suit your application ensuring you only use the gas you need. Not only does it save costs, it saves time too as with a simple one handed click, the Integra® Cylinder can be connected to the welding set up in a fraction of the time compared to traditional cylinders. On average, cylinder changeover times are reduced by 30% freeing up valuable labour time.

10 litre cylinder: Even smaller, but just as mighty

With all of the safety features and benefits of the 30 litre Integra® Cylinder, the 10 litre portable cylinder is perfect for all remote or mobile welding tasks. It is light enough to be carried, small enough to fit inside a van and contains a large volume of gas, approximately 40% more volume than standard cylinders.
