Our Halia® Advanced Oxidation System eliminates unwanted by-products in drinking water and wastewater. It provides people with a safe and healthy means to reuse and conserve water ddd.

Our Halia® Wastewater Aeration Systems reduce wastewater sludge by up to 50 percent or can increase overall treatment capacity for municipal and industrial applications. This system reduces volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions by over 90 percent compared to conventional aeration systems.

Oxygen

Oxygen is used to produce ozone via corona discharge in Halia® ozone reactors and Halia® advanced oxidation reactors. Compared with air, oxygen uses less power per unit of ozone generated and can provide more concentrated ozone gas streams.

Halia® reactors offer a cost-effective way of dealing with difficult micro-contaminants, COD and BOD, adsorbable organic halides (AOX), pesticides and color and odour-causing compounds.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is used by Halia® pH neutralization systems to reduce alkaline water pH and remineralise water treated by reverse osmosis. Compared with sulfuric and other mineral acids, CO2 is less susceptible to over-dosing an safer to handle.
